How It Works?

Richmond Office Furnitures has a very streamlined process. There are only a couple of steps between you ordering your items and getting them delivered to your door.

How can I place my first order? 

Simply create yourself an account. You can then browse our items and add the ones you wish to order to your cart. 


How to place my first order?

After you've added your selected items to your cart, simply proceed to the checkout. Here you can include your contact detail, delivery address and any special meassge you would like us to know. You can finalise your order by either using your credit card or payment by invoice.


What if I am outside of the standard metro delivery area?

We will work out the best cost effective delivery for your nominated address based on your order. We will then contact you to confirm the delivery cost and discuss different options, once you are happy with the delivery cost we then send an updated order for your approval.


When and where can I get delivered?
